18 No. Plain Rim – Heavy Duty MS Steel Rim for E-Rickshaw & Rickshaw

Our 18 No. Plain Rim is manufactured using premium quality mild steel strip, roll formed and precision welded to maintain perfect roundness, strength and durability. This rim is widely used in E-Rickshaw front/rear wheel assembly, cycle rickshaw and light commercial hand carts. It is compatible with pneumatic tyres and provides strong tyre grip and structural stability under daily load conditions. The rim is designed for heavy usage and rough road performance. Each unit undergoes dimensional accuracy testing and welding strength inspection to ensure long service life. Surface finishing options such as black painted, powder coated or zinc plated are available as per bulk order or government tender specification. Customization in width, thickness and finishing is available for OEM manufacturers and large supply projects.
